Location Walk to local amenities including shops, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. Short drive to a choice of beaches and 3 golf courses. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes. This well equipped 2 bedroom property offers a number of additional features making it ideal for holiday and longer term rentals. The living area has a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 easy chairs. This together with a coffee table, occasional table and wall unit provides for a comfortable environment. The TV comes with some UK channels, a video and a DVD player. Also a mini HI FI system is  provided. There is hot and cold air conditioning units in both bedrooms aswell as in the living room area. Ceiling fans are also provided throughout the property. There are also 2 additional standing fans.

A dining table and 4 chairs are located to the rear of the living area by the open kitchen. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, plus an independent upright freezer, dishwasher and a microwave oven. A utility area accessed from the kitchen houses the washing machine and boiler and provides a useful storage area. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary household and cooking items plus additional storage cupboards.

The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, additional drawer unit and shelves, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and even a clock radio. There is air-conditioning fitted in this room.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside units, a table lamp, free standing wardrobe, additional 4 drawer unit, and ceiling fan, along with air-conditioning. There is also an external door that leads into a small private walled area, ideal for sun bathing, storage or drying area.

The pool, which is directly in front of the property hosts a few well placed palm trees offering shade from the seering sun.
