THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. Living Room/Kitchen - The living room is comfortably furnished comprising of a three seater sofa bed with a matching chair which blend nicely with the dark wood wall units, coffee table and matching dining room table with four chairs. Hot & Cold air-conditioning is fitted in the living room along with TV which has the full uk tv package. The large patio doors allow natural light to fill the room. A large breakfast bar divides the living room from the fully fitted kitchen, which contains all white goods including, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There´s sufficient crockery and cutlery to cater for six people. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room where the washing machine is housed. Master Bedroom/en Suite - The master bedroom is very bright and spacious and comprises of a double bed along with matching dark wood furniture. There are large fitted wardrobes which are complete with adequate hanging space and large fitted drawers. The en-suite bathroom has an oval wash basin set into a dark wood bathroom cabinet above which is a large mirror. The bathroom is fully tiled and is complete with toilet, bidet, bath and overhead shower. All towels and bed linen are provided. Twin Bedroom - Once again this is a very bright and spacious bedroom with dark wooden headboards and a matching bedside cabinet with lamp. This room also boasts of large fitted wardrobes with built in drawer space. Views from both bedroom windows look out across the communal pool and well maintained gardens. Adjacent to the twin bedroom is a family bathroom which again is fully tiled and also houses a dark wood bathroom cabinet with a hand basin set into marble. There is also a large mirror above the unit and the room is complete with a toilet and a purpose built shower. Balcony - The apartment has a large balcony which gives an excellent vantage point overlooking the communal pool, the children´s play area and the well maintained gardens which surround the pool. There is a small pathway from the children´s play area which leads down to a man made lake where there is a small waterfall and water features set into the lake. The small footpath leads to a bridge which ultimately leads to the all weather football and netball pitch as well as the tennis courts. Local Amenities - There are several bars and restaurants and a small supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance of the complex. Slightly further afield and approximately 10 - 15 minute walk away is the La Florida commercial centre where there are many more bars, restaurants and shops. The beaches and larger supermarket are approx 20 - 25 minutes walking distance from the complex. There is a local regular bus service which stops outside the complex and for one euro you can be on the beach within 15 minutes.
