The playa flamenca Saturday market is also within easy walking distance. The new Zenia Boulevard shopping village which is due to open in November 2012 is also only a 10 minute walk from the property. This is an excellent self catering family holiday apartment.

The living room is very bright and spacious and has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The room comprises of a large L shaped sofa bed, a modern wooden cabinet which houses a DVD player with a large selection of DVD´s and a flat screen TV with the full uk tv package. Modern pictures adorn the walls. A ceiling fan with a built-in light is also fitted within the room.

The kitchen  is spacious and complete with all white goods ie: fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There are sufficient pots, pans and utensils along with cutlery, to cater adequately for 4 people. The double bedroom is very bright and spacious and is also decorated to a high standard. The room comprises of two bedside cabinets with lamps, large fitted wardrobe with overhead storage cupboards. This room also has a ceiling fan along with air-conditioning. All bedding and towels are supplied within this property.

The twin bedroom  consists of two single beds, a bedside cabinet and lamp and a large free standing wardrobe. A ceiling fan with built in light is also fitted. This room has also been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. (photograph to follow shortly)

The large patio area captures the sun from dawn til dusk and is an excellent outside living area. It is perfect for eating al fresco or sunbathing. Although the property is set within a private gated complex, it also offers off road parking.

The communal swimming pools are both within a one minute walk from the apartment. Along with the swimming pools there are large areas for sun bathing and relaxing. (photographs to follow shortly)

Local amenities - There are several commercial centre´s all within easy walking distance of the complex. The nearest and the largest being the Playa Flamenca Centre, where there are banks, a large supermarket, bars and restaurants of many different nationalities. This centre is set on three levels and entertainment can be found throughout the year. Via Park I & II commercial centre is also very close to the complex, again there is a wide selection of bars and restaurants and entertainment is also provided throughout the summer months.

Playa Flamenca Beach area is approximately 15 minutes walk from the complex. There are two seperate beaches, the smaller of the two is set into an alcove which creates an excellent sun trap. The second much larger beach offers a beach bar throughout the summer months which supplies hot and cold drinks, snacks and tapas. Sun-loungers and umbrellas can be hired at daily rates. There are also toilets and baby changing rooms available at the beachside, along with a first aid station. Lifeguards are also on duty throughout the summer season.
