The property consists of a combined living room dining area with a breakfast bar seperating the kitchen. There is ample storage space in the kitchen cupboards and all white goods are provided ie.. microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. The apartment is equipped for 4 people and all utensils and cutlery are supplied. The kitchen is fitted out in pine, with matching furniture throughout the apartment, which gives the property a real Spanish feel. The property has a full UK TV package, DVD player and a CD radio cassette player. There is also a portable air-conditioning unit as well as fitted ceiling fans. The property is also fitted with security grills on all doors and windows and a safe is also provided. The master bedroom is very bright and spacious and well decorated, with two bedside cabinets and bedside lamps. The room also has a large fitted wardrobe as well as two overhead storage cupboards. There is also a chest of drawers and above is a large wall mirror. All bedding a towels are provided. The twin room contains two single beds, with a bedside cabinet and lamp. The room also contains a large fitted wardrobe with overhead storage cupboards. The private communal pool is approximately a 1 minute walk from the apartment. There is a paved area to accommodate sun-loungers and tiled bench seating is also provided around the pool area. There is also a segregated small pool for infants and none swimmers. A pool attendant/lifeguard is on duty throughout the summer months. Pool rules are displayed on entering the pool area. The consumtion of food and drink is not allowed around the pool area, so a picnic area ajacent to the pool area has been provided. The famous Emerald Isle Bar, Restaurant and Bowling Club is also a 1 minute walk from the apartment, where entertainment is provided every night throughout the summer months and also many nights throughout the winter months. There are also Aerobics classes held on most mornings to help brush away the cobwebs and to keep you in trim. A hairdresser can also be found at the Emerald Isle. Weekly auctions are also held at this venue. The Emerald Isle is also famous for its Crown Green Bowling Club. The La Florida commercial centre is approximately a 5 minute stroll from the apartment, where many bars and restaurants can be found, many offering entertainment from kareoke nights to tribute bands such as Blues Brothers, Rod Stewart and Showaddy Waddy to name but a few.
