We are Steve and Jacqui Ward and have been property owners on the South Costa Blanca for 6 years. We have successfully rented our property for the same period of time.

We have worked very closely with Lee and Carol, the founder members of Property Hounds, with great success and with the ulterior motive of joining the Property Hounds group.

We are now very pleased to announce, that we are taking over the Playa Flamenca area.

We will be supplying, property management to an excellent standard, whether it´s to promote your property, for holiday lets or long term lets, or even just a key hold service. It will be carried out to a highly professional standard.

We have become very familiar with Playa Flamenca and the surrounding areas and also the facilities within. So we can provide you and your guests with a multitude of services.

FOLLOW UP - August 7th 2011

When we bought Playa Flamenca Property Hounds back in 2009, we were Manageing 17 properties within the Playa Flamenca area but with having previous experience of renting out our own property as well as our friends property we had gained valuable knowledge which put us in a good position to move forward with our new business. We are now presently manageing 54 properties in and around the Playa Flamenca area.

In October 2011 there will be two additional members to the Playa Flamenca Property Hounds Team. They are Dennis & Marilyn and they have been looking to re-locate in Spain for some time. They have both been involved with property rentals in the UK and we feel that their knowledge and experience will benefit all areas of our business, so we would like to take this opportunity to welcome them both onboard.
